About Mortadella
Mortadella is one of an outgoing, playful litter of Cane Corso mix puppies with a cheerful Italian theme. She’s looking for an adopter who knows large breeds and can keep up with her need for ongoing socialization both with people and other animals. Mortadella will need a fenced yard to safely stretch her legs, explore, and soak up the sun—a must for a growing, energetic pup of this size. She isn’t house trained yet, but she’s young and ready to learn with the right guidance. Her mom is a pure Cane Corso, and there’s suspicion of livestock guardian or herder breeds in the mix, especially since some pups have rear dew claws, hinting at breeds like the Great Pyrenees. While her full heritage is a mystery, Mortadella is clearly set up for a life of adventure and companionship. She’s already spayed and up to date on veterinary care, including vaccines, microchip, and preventative treatments. Mortadella gets along with dogs and children once introduced, but her ideal person is someone experienced with large breeds who can keep up with her training and enrichment needs. Mortadella is in Thomson, GA, but she’s eager to meet her future family soon. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.

Questions about Mortadella

Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Mortadella's breed mix generally does well with children, especially when socialized early. She already gets along with kids, making her a solid match for families who can supervise play and reinforce gentle behavior.
