About Hercules
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Hercules, a 5.5-year-old Plott Hound mix who is a bundle of love and affection. This brindle boy is often a 65 lb lap dog at heart, happiest when basking in attention and cuddles. Hercules thrives in a home where he can enjoy interactive play, particularly fetch—his favorite game! A secure, fully fenced yard is ideal for him, giving him room to stretch his legs and sunbathe to his heart's content. Friendly with all humans, Hercules especially enjoys the company of female canine companions. He walks well on a leash and is completely house trained. While he’s crate trained, his perfect scenario is having freedom in the house, as he tends to get bored if crated for too long but is not destructive at all. If you love the outdoors and cozy nights inside with a snuggle buddy, Hercules might be the perfect match for you. Please note that adopters must be 25 years or older.
