If you’re after snuggles, Fred’s your guy—he has no concept of personal space! 🤗 He thrives on affection, particularly from the male half of his foster family. Just be warned: he’s a little cuddle monster who craves face-to-face love! Although he shows interest in playing with the other beagle in his foster home, he has some reservations about the larger yellow Lab, preferring a quieter space. For this reason, Fred might do best as the only dog or with another sweet beagle or beagle-sized buddy, especially in a home experienced with attention-seeking beagles. 🐾 Food is Fred's love language! He’s motivated by treats and knows how to accept them without chomping down on your fingers—what a gentleman! However, he does get a little jumpy at treat time, but it’s all in good spirits! He’s polite and will happily wait his turn when other dogs get their snacks first, wagging that adorable tail like there’s no tomorrow! 🎾 Fred’s excitement shines through during walks. He can't contain his joy when he spots the leash—it’s like time stands still! 🏃‍♂️ He even had a little bark at a cow once, which might indicate he thinks it’s just a tad too big for a feisty beagle like himself! While Fred isn't too keen on being kenneled when his humans are out, he has been doing beautifully left free-roaming with the other dogs. The joyous reunion is what gives this boy life!
