Peanut is a friendly, mixed-breed hound just under three years old and weighs about 44 pounds. After living in a home for most of his life, he’s ended up in a kennel—through no fault of his own—and is doing his best to adapt to a new routine. Peanut thrives on attention and affection, especially enjoying time in the meet room where he relaxes with volunteers. He’s housebroken, well-mannered, and enjoys walks and playtime. Peanut would fit best with an active family willing to give him exercise and plenty of love. He does not get along well with other dogs, so he needs to be the only dog in the home.
