About Dolly
Click apply to start the adoption process. Dolly is one of several wonderful hound mommas who once lived together in Louisiana before being brought to New Jersey for a new chance at life. Rescued from a swampy area, these loving dogs had to be trapped along with their puppies, and have bravely endured difficult times. They are all receiving treatment for heartworm, have been spayed, and are up to date on their vaccinations. Although initially shy, these sweet girls quickly warm up and show their gentle and sociable natures. Dolly loves being with other dogs and is especially gentle with everyone she meets. Housebreaking has been going well for them, with no accidents as long as they are taken outside regularly. They love relaxing in the sun and have a soft spot for food and treats—a simple shake of a treat bag brings them running with excitement. Any family would be lucky to welcome Dolly or one of her companions into their home, and if you have room for two, they truly cherish each other's company. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
