Although I was not in a good shape when I was rescued, I'm better now and searching for my people. . . you know, the ones who will love me forever. While I was on my own, I was hit by a car. Fortunately, I was able to have FHO surgery to repair the damage to my hip. I'm several weeks post-surgery now and I'm already my happy, goofy, playful self. I still have a bit of a limp, which I may have for some time, but it doesn't slow me down. I'm a champ at house and crate training and darn good on a leash. I get along with other dogs and would actually prefer to have a canine sibling in my forever home. I'm still under two-years-old and goofy, so bigger kids would be best. I'm also okay with cats! We should have a fenced yard so we can all play together, and my family should be committed to continuing my training so I can be the best dog a family could ever ask for.
