About Catalina
Catalina is a three-year-old Lab-Pointer mix whose life has already been quite a journey. She was picked up as a stray on the streets of North Tulsa and now finds herself safe with Tulsa Animal Welfare. Catalina’s story is marked by resilience—she carries an old injury in her front leg and shoulder that didn’t heal properly, which leaves her with a limp and limited use of the leg. Even so, thanks to care from the Oklahoma Alliance for Animals and regular chiropractic adjustments by Dr. Heath Hermes, she’s finding comfort and some improvement each day. Despite all that, Catalina’s friendly spirit hasn’t dimmed. She’s both dog-friendly and kid-friendly—a true family dog—and she loves to show affection, cuddle, and play with her toys. Catalina relishes cozy moments as much as she enjoys her bursts of energy, showing just how adaptable and loving she really is. Her journey speaks to hope, recovery, and the promise of a better future. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
