Coraline struggles to trust people, even now. But if you give her time, you’ll see her slowly let you in. She’s so brave. She wants to love, even after everything. She’s good with other dogs but needs to be the only pet in her home. She deserves to finally feel like someone’s whole world. No kids—just a calm, understanding home where she can heal. The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog and family’s needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters.
