About Skyla
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Skyla! Skyla found herself back at the rescue due to her family's unforeseen medical issues. She’s an emotional and devoted American Eskimo dog who truly connects with her people, and she spent much-needed time decompressing and processing the change after her loss. Now, at 5 years old, Skyla is ready to find her forever home. She really thrives in an adult-only environment, and a home with a yard would be perfect for her to feel comfortable and secure. Skyla walks nicely on a leash and absolutely adores toys and treats—catching them mid-air with impressive skill! She can be particular about her food but always brings her unique charm to mealtimes. Once settled, Skyla showers those she trusts with affection and loves to cuddle. She just needs a family prepared to give her the patience and space to adjust and blossom. Skyla is a Sagittarius—fun fact: Sagittarians are known for their joyful energy and love of adventure! She is hoping to find a loving, committed home ready to make her part of their story. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
