At about 5.5 months old and last weighing 12 pounds (as of January 25, 2025), this young, medium-coated boy is both a snuggler and a lover of belly rubs. Whether he’s playing with toys or relaxing, Nico brings a special charm and endless cuteness to every moment. At this young age, Nico is ready for all the socialization and positive guidance you can provide. He already gets along well with dogs and shows great potential to adjust to homes with cats, children, and other animals. Nico is intelligent and young enough to easily learn crate and leash training as well. His gentle, affectionate side makes him a perfect candidate for an active, loving family. Nico is a gorgeous mixed breed, likely a Husky and Labrador Retriever combination, known for their playful, loyal nature. Nico is currently located in Puerto Rico. Once an adopter is approved, he will be transported to New York or New Jersey. The rescue aims for the best match for each dog, so be prepared to provide plenty of exercise and love to help Nico thrive.
