This sweet, resilient girl is ready to leave her past behind and find a loving forever home to call her own. Blue’s story began in the most uncertain of places. She was rescued alongside her mom and four siblings shortly after they were born, huddled under a tree in the scorching Egyptian summer while locals threatened their lives. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in just in time, bringing all six dogs to safety. Since then, Blue has grown up in the shelter, waiting patiently for her chance at a brighter future, and now, she has the opportunity to come to the U.S. and finally find the home she’s always deserved. Blue is a 1.5 year-old Baladi mix weighing about 37 pounds. She has a lovely medium energy level, playful and fun, yet able to settle and relax with her people. She gets along well with other dogs, enjoys human companionship, and is good with kids, making her a wonderful addition to many types of families. This gentle girl has so much love to give. She doesn’t need to be the only dog and would likely enjoy having a canine companion, but she’ll be just as devoted to her humans. Blue is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, so she’s fully ready to start her next chapter. After everything she’s been through, Blue deserves a home where she can feel safe, loved, and truly part of a family. Adoption fee is $700.
