About Byron
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Meet Byron, the ultimate lap cat who's all about love and attention! This sweet orange tabby boy, with his classic good looks and medium build, adores cuddling and will happily curl up in your lap for endless snuggles. Byron gets along well with other cats and would thrive with a gentle female feline companion—his buddy Hopper would be an ideal match if you're considering adopting two. If you're seeking a laid-back, affectionate kitty who just wants to be near you, Byron is the one. FIV+ simply means he has a lower immune system, but with proper care, Byron can live a normal, long life. He can also live with FIV-negative cats as long as play does not lead to serious fighting, since FIV is only transmitted through deep bite wounds. Byron comes neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has tested Felv negative. As an added bonus, adopters receive an adoption package of goodies valued at around $100 if you visit one or both of our Petstore partners after adoption (Tabby & Jacks and All Paws). Misfit Felines Inc is a foster-based 501(c)3 rescue with all cats living in loving homes until adoption. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
