Hello. I am Taylor, a four (as of 12/2/24) year old girl ready to be in my forever home. I have graduated from obedience class; therefore, I know basic commands and am good on a leash. I love long walks, car rides, and tennis balls. I am fiercely loyal to people I trust, but it takes me some time to trust. And by some time that means I may not want to be close to you for a few visits. I need to make sure you aren’t leaving me like my first few years of life. I go on “Taylor Time” so please be patient with me. The best home for me would be with not many if any visitors, and no small children or other pets. I tend to get upset when my people leave so I may bark and whine for a little bit so best not to have attached neighbors (no apartments or townhome). I would love a privacy fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play ball. I’ve been doing wonderful in my foster home so I am ready to move into my forever home. A confident pack leader will help to make me feel secure and enhance our lifelong friendship. If this sounds good to you, please come and meet me. Our volunteers make sure just the right home is chosen so they require a home visit to make sure there are no safety issues. You must live within a 50 mile radius of our location in order to be considered. The adoption fee is $250 and includes vaccines, flea prevention treatment, neuter/spay, and micro chipping.
