She is extremely playful, outgoing, and adores both her people and the other dogs in her foster environment. With her sweet and affectionate nature, Phoebe is always ready for attention and playtime, and she never shies away from making new friends. As a puppy, Phoebe will need guidance with training, socialization, and plenty of love to help her become a wonderful adult dog. Patience is important as she takes time to settle in and acclimate to new surroundings and routines. Phoebe is up to date on her vaccinations, spayed, and ready to travel north to meet her forever family.
