About Watson
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Watson, a loving adult male pit bull terrier mix who was rescued after showing up at the door of one of Looking Glass Animal Rescue's fosters in search of affection, food, and shelter. This solidly built, medium-to-large companion is known for his easygoing and friendly personality—just give him a comfy spot to rest, plenty of love, and his favorite big stick, and he'll be content. Watson enjoys long walks and chewing on a good bone; though he is playful, he is not overly energetic and generally indifferent to toys. He thrives on human company and can be very affectionate and cuddly, but he also appreciates his independence and is happy spending some time on his own. Watson has demonstrated a calm temperament with other dogs and adapts well when introduced slowly to new environments and potential furry siblings. His foster believes he will make a wonderful addition to almost any family. Watson is currently in the care of Looking Glass Animal Rescue, a virtual rescue organization with a network of foster homes throughout Louisiana and the Northeast. Please note that to adopt from this rescue, you must be at least 25 years old and may need to travel to meet Watson in person if approved. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
