Joey came to PAWS as a surrender. She was backyard-bred and given to a neighbor who quickly realized she was having issues with her eyes. After a veterinary exam, it was confirmed that Joey is blind. She is settling in and learning her surroundings. Timid for now, but incredibly sweet!
