About Cookie
Cookie and her sister Honey were abandoned at a Family Dollar Store and left to survive on their own. After four months in foster care, Cookie has come into her own—she has put on healthy weight, is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and gets regular heartworm prevention. She currently shares her foster home with Honey, but the two can be adopted separately. Cookie’s foster mom describes her as sweet and easy to love, a dog with a gentle nature who will fit right in with the right home. Cookie is house trained, used to living with other dogs, and friendly with children. She’s ready for a fresh start with someone who will treat her with kindness and stability.
