About Cassius
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Cassius is a 100-pound Cane Corso/mixed breed survivor with a brindle, short coat who has shown incredible resilience after a tough start to life. After enduring years chained outside and surviving a traumatic dog attack, he has blossomed into a loving, loyal, and deeply affectionate companion. Cassius is house-broken, crate trained, and knows basic commands, making him an easy addition to a consistent home environment. He absolutely adores people, thrives on cuddles, and lives for quiet moments on the couch. Friendly strangers and children quickly win his trust and affection. Cassius must be the only pet in his home, as he is now dog reactive after his past trauma, and he cannot be placed with cats. He is currently on a prescription diet to support his well-being. Cassius has made remarkable progress and deserves to never lose another safe place. He is eagerly waiting for someone special to give him the stability and love he craves.
