Copper is a one-year-old, medium-sized Feist/Beagle mix with a brown and white short coat. Since arriving at the shelter in September 2022, Copper has been slow to warm up to people and is still a bit nervous around them. However, he comes alive around other dogs and is happiest when he has canine company. For Copper, the ideal home would have another friendly dog and a securely fenced yardāsome space to play and gain confidence at his own pace. Heās young, a bit unsure in new situations, and still working on his house manners. Copper is looking for an adopter willing to offer patience and a calm environment.
