About Yahtzee

Yahtzee is a dark brindle, mixed breed female who has already seen some tough times for a young dog. She was picked up starving on the roadside before a compassionate trucker took her in, made sure she got back to a healthy weight, and gave her a second chance. Unfortunately, life threw another twist his way, and he had to surrender her when long hospital stays became necessary. She’s spent time both riding shotgun in an eighteen-wheeler and relaxing in a home where she played often with a 4-year-old child and lived peacefully alongside a cat. At the shelter, she enjoys the company of her roommate Copper and has proven to be housebroken and easy on a leash. Yahtzee has done well meeting new folks and continues to show her friendly, affectionate side every day. Click apply to start the adoption process.
