At six years old, she strikes a wonderful balance—she adores spending her days outside, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine, yet she's content to come inside for some toy-chewing downtime or a cozy nap. Camille is fully housebroken and crate trained, although she much prefers being in your company over spending time in her crate. Kind and gentle, she travels well by car, and her medium energy means she’ll love a family that gives her time outdoors along with calm moments inside. She’s on daily allergy medication, which keeps her healthy and happy, and is up to date on all her vaccinations. Camille gets along well with other dogs, especially with slow introductions, but doesn’t require a canine companion in her new home. She’s not a match for homes with cats. Children of any age can be suitable companions as long as proper supervision is provided. While she isn’t overly cuddly, Camille enjoys affection on her own terms and can be an ideal companion for a retiree or a perfect playmate for a family. Please note, she’s quite the escape artist when it comes to collars and harnesses, so a martingale collar is recommended for safety, and if there isn't a fenced yard, daily walks are a must.
