Liberty is a 16-month-old mixed breed dog looking for a loving home. He weighs around 48 lbs and has a beautiful brown/chocolate coat. Liberty is housebroken and uses a pet door, which makes him easy to care for. While he is mostly crate trained, he does experience some anxiety in the crate, which is manageable with a bit of support from his humans or his dog friends. This medium-energy dog enjoys playtime with other dogs. He is friendly and gets along well with most dogs but can be a bit selective, favoring energetic companions. Liberty does require a fenced yard for his comfort and to help him feel secure. Although he is good with kids, ideally, he should go to a home with children aged 10 and up due to his exuberant nature. Liberty is not suitable for homes with cats; he tends to chase them whenever he gets the chance.
