She is house trained and both spayed and vaccinated, ensuring she is healthy and ready for her new home. Bellini does best in a home without cats but is social with other dogs, especially when introduced slowly. She enjoys car rides, outdoor adventures, and relaxing indoors, making her a wonderful companion for the right family. Currently, she is being cared for by Grass Roots Rescue.

This beautiful, white and cream "land hippo" rides wonderfully in the car, delighting in her Starbucks pup cups and dutifully greeting busy store customers with wiggles and kisses. Although she adores meeting new people out and about, Bellini is equally content relaxing in the sunshine or snuggling in her crate with her favorite treat. Inside the home, Bellini is fully housebroken and crate trained; she should be crated any time you're away, as she's been known to get creative in your absence! Her energy level is moderate—she loves to play with dogs after slow introductions, chew on a Benebone, or engage in some gentle wrestling, but you'll also find her lounging peacefully. Bellini needs a confident handler—she's strong and can pull on leash, especially if a small critter catches her eye, so a prong collar and attentive guidance help her shine. While Bellini will thrive with families that enjoy sharing their lives with a devoted dog, she is best suited for homes with children over 8 years old, as her size and enthusiasm could bowl over little ones. She does not get along with cats, but she's successfully lived with both small and large dogs, thanks to carefully managed introductions. She’ll reward your love with plenty of kisses, loyalty, and joyful moments both at home and on outings. Bellini has patiently waited for her forever family while her puppies found their homes—she’s more than ready for a fresh start and a place in your heart. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
