Chewy is a 12-month-old German Shepherd Dog surrendered when his energy proved too much for his previous owner. Like any working line shepherd, Chewy is driven, sharp, and happiest when chasing his ball or problem-solving. He has high energy and needs an experienced adopter who can handle his smart, lively spirit with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Chewy does well in a crate, is housebroken, and knows the basics, but he still needs focused training for his reactivity around other dogs.
