Mochi came to us from Los Angeles Animal Services- East Valley after being surrendered by his owners for unknown reasons. He is 13 years old, weighs 12 lbs., and is super sweet. When he first arrived at FFF, Mochi was understandably nervous, but he has blossomed in a loving Foster home! He LOVES going for walks and does all his business outside, either in the yard or during walks. Mochi's new confidence means he's found his voice and barks to let you know when he's protecting his home. But don't be fooled by his bravado-he's a bit of a softie at heart! His first trip to Fiesta Island revealed that he's not too brave to ask for "uppies" when he feels unsure. Though Mochi is still getting used to car rides right now (he jumps around and whines a bit), he's improving every time, especially when he gets to the fun part-being able to jump out of the car and go for a walk! Mochi recently had a wonderful time at Del Mar Dog Beach, where he loved meeting little dogs and was a bit hesitant around bigger ones, but he kept moving and having fun. Afterwards, he enjoyed basking in the sun for a well-deserved nap! Mochi is looking for a forever home where he can get plenty of walks, love, and attention. He's ready to be your loyal companion and join you in all the adventures life has to offer!
