FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Introducing this 70 LB hunk, Patriot! He is a 2-year-old shepherd mix who lost his home through no fault of his own and is now searching for his forever home! Patriot is an active, outgoing, and SMART boy. He is strong and will require a handler that can handle his strength when he decides to pull towards something of interest, but listens well to correction and redirection. He walks well on leash once he gets some energy out and would love to be in an active home. Patriot would make an amazing adventure companion for hikes, runs, and any physically stimulating activity. He does well with other dogs, but would do best with a female or more laid-back male as high energy, bouncy dogs, cause him to feel uneasy. Patriot knows some basic commands and will benefit from a home that will continue his basic obedience training and provide him structure. He is a gorgeous dog that will be a very loyal companion to whoever adopts him! Patriot is UTD on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $450.
