About Ginger
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Ginger, named after the beautiful Ginger Thomas flower of the US Virgin Islands, is an approximately one-and-a-half-year-old sweetheart ready to bring joy to her forever home. She and her brother, Caper (also adoptable), were found abandoned on the side of the road, but Ginger has not let that slow her loving spirit down. Full of adventure, she thrills in chasing lizards and bugs and simply delights in being a dog. Ginger strikes a perfect balance between athleticism—making her a wonderful walking or hiking buddy—and laid-back companionship. She loves to nestle beside her humans and soak in affection. She’s great with other dogs, sliding right into new packs with ease, and her intelligence made training a breeze. Ginger just wants to enjoy life alongside her favorite people. It would be a dream come true if Ginger and her brother Caper could find a home together. Ginger currently resides on the island of St. Croix, USVI, but transportation to stateside adopters can be arranged for this sweet girl. Born on November 19, Ginger is a Scorpio—known for being passionate, loyal, and adventurous. Your new best friend is just one click away.
