About Felix
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Say hello to Felix – a true trainer’s dream! Felix is a gorgeous German Shepherd with an impressive blend of intelligence, drive, and heart. He is fully crate and potty trained and absolutely adores car rides. Taking a dip in rivers or pools is his idea of fun, and a game of fetch? That’s his favorite thing in the world. His quick mind and food motivation make him incredibly fun to work with, and he’s already completed both an 8-week reactivity course and an 8-week Canine Good Citizen class with flying colors. Felix gets along beautifully with both large and small dogs, making him versatile in canine company. This incredible boy is a classic working dog and thrives in an environment where he’s mentally and physically engaged. Felix needs an experienced, confident handler as he is protective and can be uncertain with strangers, especially in the home. With patience, structure, and careful introductions, he reveals his loyal, goofy, and loving nature. He is best suited for a home without young children, and his perfect match is someone who appreciates, and can provide, ongoing training and a structured life – especially a working dog lover! Once Felix trusts you, he’ll be your steadfast companion, staying by your side and showering you with love. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
