About Birgitte
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Birgitte, also known as Briggs, is a medium-sized, chocolate and black Pit Bull Terrier with a heart of gold, just waiting for the right family to earn her trust. Though she is initially scared and timid, with a couple of days and some patience, her endearing, silly personality truly shines. Her journey from hesitant tail wags to gentle nuzzles is a testament to her resilience and the care she's received. She thrives best in a home filled with understanding and respect, where her boundaries are honored. Her love for other dogs is clear—she gains much of her confidence from canine companions and needs another dog in the home to feel secure. Birgitte also enjoys walks and the social atmosphere of daycare, showing her playful side once she's comfortable. While she may be a bit mischievous when bored and can experience anxiety during uncertain situations or separation, she has a big, loyal heart once she feels safe. She grew up with children and is most comfortable with people who respect a dog's space, regardless of age. As a fun note, Birgitte is a Capricorn—Capricorns are known for their gentle strength and loyalty, perfect traits for a loving pet. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
