About Playboy
Meet Playboy! This brown and tan gentleman has come a long way since being left behind at a grooming salon. After more than a year at the shelter, Playboy is eager for a real home and a person who appreciates a dog ready to show off his tricks. He’s a standout in the shelter for his endless kisses and a passion for training—he’s proud of his Superstar Pup Academy diploma and loves having a routine. Playboy is housebroken on a schedule but still has an occasional accident. He’s crate trained and settles in easily, comfortable for four hours or more; leash skills are a work in progress but improving with structure. He likes other dogs and could do well with dog pals or solo, but homes with children aren’t a good fit—he needs an adult-only environment. Playboy has met cats and done all right, though consistent guidance will help him polish his manners. He’s happiest earning treats, giving kisses, and going for long walks. If you appreciate a clever, affectionate dog who has put in the work and just needs someone to reward his efforts, Playboy’s your guy. Born November 29, he’s a Sagittarius—curious, brave, and always up for adventure. Make this his fresh start. Let’s make it official, apply to adopt!
