Found a forever home!
Jake
Found a forever home!Jake is a male adult German Shorthaired Pointer with a striking bicolor coat, who is medium-sized and fully house trained. He is currently residing at Arkansas German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, has been neutered, and his vaccinations are up to date. Jake would be happiest as an only dog in a household, especially one with older children.
About Jake
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Jake is a charming 7-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer who entered rescue when his previous owner faced health challenges. This bicolor boy has a deep love for tennis balls and will happily carry one around, bringing it back during endless games of fetch. After playtime, Jake transforms into a cuddly lap dog, convinced he's much smaller than he is and insisting on snuggling up as close as possible when you settle on the couch. Although Jake coexists with another female German Shorthaired Pointer and three children in his current foster home, he would truly flourish as the only dog in a household and with older children who respect his space. He is ready for immediate adoption and is currently located in Lake St. Louis. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
