About Elijah
Elijah was found abandoned at a local dumping ground, desperately hungry and battling sickness alongside his littermates. He arrived skinny, with a severe eye infection that almost cost him his left eye—but after multiple rounds of antibiotics and plenty of care, he’s bounced back. Elijah is now two vaccines in, rabies-vaccinated, dewormed, and has only known the safety of indoor life. He’s litter box trained and even doggy door trained. Elijah gets along well with other cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, and people—he’s been raised in a lively home among a big mix of animals. His favorite things are affection and attention, and he has a gentle, adaptable personality. In just a few weeks, Elijah will travel from Puerto Rico to Massachusetts with the help of a volunteer. Flight travel is not included in the adoption fee, so potential adopters will need to cover transport costs. Your new best friend is just one click away.
