Mimosa was abandoned at a local dumping site, but her sweet nature made her stand out from the others. On 2/11/25, she was picked up with a group and quickly proved herself too gentle to be put back out. She’s spayed, tattooed, ear-tipped, dewormed, vaccinated, and microchipped. In her foster home, Mimosa has lived peacefully with nearly thirty cats and over a dozen dogs—she gets along with everyone. While she’s shy at first, once she settles in, she blossoms into a loving companion. Mimosa is currently in Puerto Rico, but she can travel to the mainland U.S. with the help of flight volunteers.
