About Sandia
Sandia arrived under unusual circumstances, having been tossed over the fence following an inquiry from someone suspected to be a previous owner. At the time, the rescue was overflowing, but she landed safely among the geese—fortunate given that the resident dogs then weren’t cat friendly. Sandia quickly proved she gets along with both cats and dogs and currently lives as an indoor-only cat. She’s shy at first with new people, but once she settles, her gentle and friendly nature comes through. She’s litter box trained, comfortably uses the doggie door, and makes a great apartment companion. Click apply to start the adoption process.
