About Serci
Serci is a young, short-haired orange and buff tabby cat who has had a rough start in life but has grown resilient. Born in late March in Puerto Rico, Serci survived against the odds after her mother, rescued from a local dumping ground, was too weak to care for her litter. Bottle-fed and raised by rescuers, Serci and her siblings became attentive, playful kittens despite the challenges. Now about two years old, Serci is quite independent—she's affectionate when she wants to be, will accept pets and kisses, but often prefers to curl up in a quiet corner of your bed. She especially enjoys the company of other pets and flourishes in a home with both dogs and cats. Serci is dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and fully house trained. Adopters should note she’s in Puerto Rico but can be adopted in any state; a transportation fee applies. Ready for a home that welcomes her unique personality and independence.
