Monica is a spirited young Coonhound mix, around 1 to 2 years old, with a trim and athletic build that currently weighs 45 lbs. She's always ready for action and brings plenty of personality—lively, excitable, and always up for play. You’ll notice she’s especially sweet and loving once she’s gotten her excitement out, but she’s best matched with an active household that can keep up with her need for regular exercise and stimulation. That hound energy is strong, so think long walks, runs, or backyard time. Monica gets along well with other dogs, though she can be a bit assertive when it comes to food. If you already have a dog, plan for careful introductions and be sure to feed separately. Her love of snacks actually makes training smoother—she’s motivated by treats and knows how to work the system.
