Otto is a 3-year-old, 14-pound Shih Tzu and just a really happy little dog. He loves people, loves being in your lap, and mostly just wants to be wherever you are. He really doesn’t care much about other dogs. He’s fine around them, but if they get right up in his face, he can get a little cranky about it. He’s definitely more of a people dog. Potty training is still a work in progress, but he’s getting better. He doesn’t need to be crated and doesn’t bother anything in the house. At night he’ll sleep in a dog bed on the floor or happily sleep in bed with you. Otto is neutered, microchipped, has had bloodwork, a fecal test, and dental surgery. He’s just a sweet, loving little guy who wants to be with his people. Otto’s adoption fee is $350. Applicants must live within a one-hour driving distance of Cleveland, Ohio.
