About Nugget

Nugget is a lively 4-year-old black Shih Tzu poised to win over hearts. Unlike many of his peers, he thrives on activity and loves to stay engaged, making him a delight for an active family. Weighing 15 pounds, Nugget is on a weight-loss journey to reach a healthy 13 pounds. His new family should be dedicated to keeping him active and on a balanced diet. He's crate trained and settling well into his new routine. Although he’s making great strides with house manners, he’ll need some more training for leash walking as he's not yet comfortable with it. Nugget gets along great with other dogs and would do well in a secure, all-adult home with a yard area for play. This energetic boy is ready to bring joy and adventure to his forever family. If you’re ready to support him in his fitness goals and enjoy some quality playtime, Nugget is eager to join you!
