Scooter is a three year-old 12 pound Shih Tzu. He is very sweet and loves dogs and humans. He is a little bit shy and needs time to warm up but is a loving dog. He recently had an eye removed and is doing really well. He will require a fenced in yard because he has never learned how to walk on a leash.
