Meet Luna, an endearing terrier mix about 2 years old and weighing 65 lbs. This sweet girl is all about affection and believes that every lap is meant for her. If you sit down, expect Luna to claim your lap as her own without hesitation. She enjoys cuddling on the couch and is proving to be a quick learner when it comes to house training — she’s doing great. Crate training? No problem at all; she goes right in without fuss. Luna loves car rides too, settled happily in the backseat while gazing out at the world. Luna knows how to sit and is refining her manners. She adores kids but can be a little too excited and jumpy, so she may be better suited for older children until she learns to keep all four paws on the ground. Luna plays well with larger dogs but does not mix well with small dogs; a home with either just one larger dog or appropriately matched canines is ideal. Cats are fine with her as well; she’s shown respect towards them in her previous home. You can’t forget Luna’s favorite toy — a half-stuffed duck she cherishes and carries everywhere. After an energetic play session, she’s happy to curl up beside you for some quality time. Luna is spayed and currently receiving treatment for heartworm, but she's eager for a bright future.
