About Cy

Meet Cy! This 1-year-old, 55-pound American Staffordshire Terrier and Labrador Retriever mix is both handsome and eager to learn. He already shows off his good manners with commands like sit, down, and shake, and he’s currently working on climbing and staying put. An enthusiastic learner, Cy loves being engaged, especially when playing ball. Cy enjoys the company of other dogs but tends to get overly excited during playtime, so he'll thrive in a home that understands dog body language and can help him navigate playtime. He does chase after cats, so a cat-free environment is ideal. This playful, intelligent boy has so much potential and is looking for a family who will keep him mentally stimulated and indulge his love for games. If you think Cy could be your new best friend, don’t hesitate to apply for his adoption. Adoption donation required. Visit SOAR for more details on the adoption process.
