About Oakley

Meet Oakley! She’s a 1.5-year-old Great Dane mix brought to the shelter after her owner could no longer care for her. Oakley is spayed, updated on her vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, and will soon be microchipped. This gentle giant is on a mission to spread love and give out kisses to everyone she meets. She’s an affectionate dog who can’t wait to find her forever family. Having previously lived with another dog, she’s likely to adjust well to housetraining on a regular schedule. Oakley knows several basic commands, including "sit." If you’re interested in welcoming Oakley into your home, fill out an adoption application through the Elk County Humane Society's website. You can also visit during regular hours to meet her in person. Don't hesitate to call the shelter at (814) 834-3247 for any questions. Your new best friend is just one click away!
