About Waylon

Meet Waylon! He is a playful 3-year-old Labradoodle who came to the shelter in October 2026 after his owner could no longer care for him. This affectionate boy features a medium coat and a goofy personality that truly shines through his pictures. Waylon loves being the center of attention and is more than happy to climb into your lap, even if he's a bit too big for it. Having previously lived with another dog, he should transition into a home with ease. He is fully housetrained, provided he gets on a regular schedule, and demonstrates knowledge of basic commands. Waylon is neutered, vaccinated, flea treated, and dewormed, and he will soon be microchipped. If Waylon sounds like your perfect companion, consider adopting him! You can fill out an application on the Elk County Humane Society website or stop by during regular hours to meet him in person. Waylon can’t wait to find his forever home!
