Princess is a 2-1/2-year-old Shih Tzu with a love for toys, walks, and being spoiled! This 14-pound girl is friendly, playful, and calm, with a laid-back side that appreciates relaxing at home. Princess walks well on a leash and rides nicely in the car. She knows several commands, including sit, down, stay, and come—and even understands when it's “bedtime”! She gets along with cats and other dogs, but her experience with children is unknown. Princess forms a strong attachment to her person and can be protective of them. She also shows food guarding, so her new family should be prepared to manage meals and treats thoughtfully. Princess will need regular grooming throughout her life to keep her coat healthy and comfortable. Princess is spayed, house-trained, microchipped and fully vaccinated. She's looking for someone who will appreciate her playful spirit and give her the love and companionship she enjoys.
