About Winter

Winter is a sweet boy in search of his forever family! This 2-year-old Shiba Inu mix is currently at a shelter in Puerto Rico and needs either a foster or a permanent home. A friendly fellow, Winter gets along great with other dogs. We haven't had a chance to see how he does with cats or kids, but we encourage potential adopters to reach out for advice on transitioning him into a multi-pet household. Transitioning from Puerto Rico, Winter will thrive with owners dedicated to socializing him. He would benefit from having a resident dog to guide him, regular walks in the company of other dogs, trips to the dog park, or even doggie daycare for extra exposure. Winter dreams of playful adventures, exhilarating walks, and the chance to attend dog school to learn new skills and build his confidence. After all the fun, he looks forward to settling down with good food, a comfy bed, and plenty of affection from his new family. Most importantly, Winter desires the warmth and security of a loving home to call his own. He promises to bring joy and brightness to his perfect family! What do you think?
