Meet Nelle and Hannah, a bonded pair of sweet girls looking for their forever home together. Hannah is a 10-year-old Shih Tzu mix weighing 11.5 lbs, while Nelle is an 8-year-old Terrier mix at 10.5 lbs. Both have been through a lot; they were abandoned and left to fend for themselves before finding their way to a loving foster home that has helped them recover. These girls have had their share of grooming and health check-ups. They are spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for a fresh start. Hannah had some dental work done—she lost 11 teeth—and received treatment for an ear infection, but she’s on the mend and thriving. Nelle and Hannah get along well with dogs of similar size but need to be the only two pets in the home. Ideally, they would thrive in a single-family home with a fenced yard where they can play and soak up the sun. While they prefer a home without young children, they can be introduced to respectful kids aged 10 and up with dog experience. These girls have been working hard on their house training but still need some guidance, as they also experience a bit of separation anxiety.
