About Tank
Tank is a 54-pound, two-year-and-three-month-old bundle of fun and love looking for his forever family. This active and affectionate pup is ready to bring joy, laughter, and plenty of fetch into your life. Tank is a happy-go-lucky guy who loves people and other dogs. He would thrive in an active home where he can burn off energy playing tug-of-war and fetch—he’s still working on returning the ball. As a strong chewer, he does best with tough toys; soft stuffies don’t stand a chance. Tank is house-trained and crate-trained. He sleeps soundly in his crate and doesn't mind you resting while he does so. He shows curiosity but remains calm around other animals; even the resident parakeet barely catches his interest. Fearless by nature, Tank isn’t bothered by vacuums, thunder, or fireworks. He’s very food-motivated and is learning to wait his turn. Basic commands are a work in progress, but he's easily redirected and ready to learn more. What truly sets Tank apart is his cuddly side. He loves to climb into laps, rest his head on chests, and snuggle under chins like the sweet goofball he is. He would do best in a home with children aged six and up. If you think Tank might be the missing piece to your family puzzle, apply today—he can’t wait to meet you!
