About Dena
Meet Dena, also affectionately known as "Bug." This playful and loving four-month-old terrier mix, weighing about twenty pounds, warms hearts wherever she goes. She's not shy about expressing her affection with plenty of face kisses and has a knack for making friends, both with people and dogs. Dena has shown her gentle spirit with the kids she's met, including a spirited two-year-old. She thrives at the dog park, running and playing with her furry friends. Notably, she's potty trained and crate trained, handles herself well on a leash, and is eager to learn basic commands like sit. As a typical puppy, she's still finding her way around not jumping and chewing on inappropriate items—beware of stolen shoes! This silly girl dives right into her water bowl and has quite the quirky personality, often opting to sniff faces instead of tails. Dena’s joy for life is contagious; whether it's tug-of-war or simply running around, she brings energy wherever she is. Ideally, she would fit well into a moderate and active home, particularly one that includes other dogs or someone who works from home, so she won’t feel too lonely. She’s expected to grow to about forty pounds, so be ready for her to become quite the companion! Her foster describes her as a true lovebug, always ensuring you never feel alone.
