About Urkle

Urkle is a lively 4-month-old male puppy, weighing 13 lbs, and is a mix of Cattle Dog and Terrier. He's neutered and current on vaccinations. This little guy is eligible for our foster-to-adopt program, perfect for those wanting to ensure he’s a good fit before making a full commitment. Prepare for an active lifestyle, as Urkle will need around 90 minutes of structured exercise each morning, along with mental stimulation throughout the day. Being a young pup, he’s still working on his potty training but is making progress. His energy level will ramp up as he grows, meaning future owners should be ready for an energetic and playful companion. Urkle gets along well with dogs and even enjoys the company of cats, making him a versatile choice for many households. However, he’s best suited for families with older children, as young kids may find his playful nature overwhelming. Due to his mouthy play behavior, it's essential that kids are monitored during interactions. Setting clear boundaries through proper training will help him thrive. Keep in mind that he may experience separation anxiety, typical of many puppies, and will benefit from consistent training. Urkle has the potential to develop into a well-behaved adult with the right guidance. If you understand the commitment involved in raising a puppy, Urkle could be the perfect furry addition to your family. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
