How this pet arrived:Alan was brought into care by a community member on October 11th, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Alan is a gentle, sensitive fellow who is hoping to find a patient companion. Because he can be a bit shy in a new environment, giving him a quiet space of his own is essential; starting with this initial confinement is truly the key to success to help him acclimate at his own comfortable pace. Give him just a little time and gentle reassurance, and you will get to watch him shine as his sweet, trusting personality emerges. Once he feels secure in his surroundings, Alan delights in the peaceful pleasures of a calm home. You will frequently find him stretched out in bright sunny spots or perched high on a windowsill, happily bird watching through the glass for hours. If you are ready to welcome this sweet boy into your family, please remember to bring a top-loading cat carrier for his big adoption day to ensure his ride home is smooth, safe, and comfortable.
